Why am I waking up at the same time each night?

Frustrated but also curious as to why your body may be waking up at the same time each night?

Although it may seem a strange coincidence, it's actually your body trying to tell you it's out of balance!

Each 2 hour block in the day refers to a different element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which tells us as Kinesiologist's, that there may be a certain imbalance with emotions or belief patterns that is causing your body distress.

This isn't just limited to recurring sleep patterns through the night, but can also relate to any issues or patterns in your life that seem to occur at the same time each day!

Our bodies don't communicate to us just through sleep / time cycles, but can communicate to us in several ways.

Even just feeling 'off' and not yourself, can be a sign that your body is trying to tell you there's an imbalance.

Even if you don't know the reasons, Kinesiology can help you find the main stressors in your body. As your practitioner, I will then communicate these to you, so we can discuss and find the main root cause of the imbalance, and then using a combination of techniques, including Traditional Chinese Medicine methods, we can assist the body in processing and eliminating anything that no longer serves the mind and body.

What if things come up in a session that I'm not ready to speak about / feel?

It's not uncommon to put off booking your Kinesiology appointment...

It's not uncommon to put off booking your Kinesiology appointment out of fear of what might come up in the session.

Many of us have previous trauma that we either aren't even aware of, or we are, but not yet ready to talk about it.

And that's completely ok!

Kinesiology works with the body, and with what the body is ready for!
Your body will only ever communicate things with me when it is ready to!

Sometimes it may feel like something that comes up in a session is too much, but trust in your body to guide you to what you are ready for.
Kinesiology is a beautiful, gentle process that is here to support you through your journey.

But what if our body says we're ready for something that we really just aren't ready for yet?

Again, completely ok. We are always communicating in sessions, so if ever you feel things are too much, you can always let me know and we can gently move on to something else to balance.

A Kinesiology session is your session. It's a space for you to explore and find balance.

Crystal Chakra what-now?

The idea behind crystals helping us to regain balance and feel more energetically aligned can seem pretty far fetched, and I get it!

That was me some 10 years ago

From personal experience, and also working with clients and seeing the benefits, Crystal Chakra Healing is something I truly believe in, and I think it can be beneficial to anyone, regardless of how much or how little you know about crystals.

We know that everything in this world is made up of energy, so it's safe to accept that crystals are included in this.

The beauty behind crystals is that it's a solid form, meaning it's energetic properties are quite solid, and often don't change or alter, unlike the human body. Our bodies are a softer form which can energetically bend and re-shape, which can mean our body can energetically get a little 'off track', causing us to just feel 'off' or out of balance.

Using crystals, their more 'solid' energy can help influence the body back into its natural state, leaving us feeling more grounded, calmer, balanced and back to our normal selves.

Another beauty of this session is it's just 45 minutes, meaning you're able to fit it into an hour break at work - the perfect lunchtime pick-up to help you get through the rest of your day, but also the rest of your week and month!
