Ever felt not quite right? As though you’re not 100% yourself, or living your true path?
That was me up until my early twenties. Through natural, holistic wellness and finding a deeper connection with my core self, I was able to feel like my true self, for the very first time.
Through crystal chakra healing, reiki, deep meditations and yoga, I slowly felt myself piecing back together, aligning to my true path.
Although I felt like I was on the right path, I still felt there were parts of me that I couldn’t accept or work through.
Just as I was thinking I needed to accept these parts of me, these emotional traumas, I was recommended to see a Kinesiologist by a close friend.
Kinesiology changed my life.
Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology), in its simplest form, is a holistic approach to wellness that assists the body in healing itself and achieving more balance. It combines Eastern and Western knowledge and recognises the strong connection between the mind and body, and how balancing the two together are what is required for optimum health and true healing.
Kinesiology is a style of therapy, based on the study of anatomy and physiology, combined with Chinese Medicine principles, and is communicated to the body directly through muscle monitoring. Kinesiology enables people to identify and correct imbalances in the body. Imbalances in the body often stem from the brain and nervous system holding onto and storing previous information and experiences. This includes emotions, stresses, fears, trauma, habits, injuries and limiting beliefs.
Kinesiology is able to access these past experiences and unresolved stresses, and assist with how it impacts us going forward.

It’s very easy for a child’s nervous system to get overstimulated—particularly in today’s busy world. If your child is facing challenges around communication, learning difficulties, anxiety, diet, sleep or confidence, Kinesiology can help.

Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. That is, it treats the whole person and their integrated energy system.
It is therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the human or environmental energy field.
Appointments
Kinesiology takes a holistic approach to look beyond symptoms
to find and correct any causes of imbalance.
A Kinesiology practitioner does not diagnose or prescribe. All areas of your life are taken into consideration. If you are experiencing challenges in your life, health, career or relationships it is worth remembering that it’s never “just one thing”.
Stresses, grief or trauma affecting someone who is close to you, events that have
caused a disturbance in your life, a stressful workplace or relationship, or attitudes and behavioural patterns that are detrimental to you can also manifest in many different ways.
Kinesiology can assist with, but not limited to:
I will also take a look into any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
After your medical history is completed, I will then discuss the main areas you want assistance with, and work together to come up with a ‘goal’ statement.
(In a Kinesiology session, we often base the session around what we want to achieve, or what the ‘goal’ of the session will be. This is what we refer to as a ‘goal statement’, which can also later be used as a daily affirmation.)
Following your initial appointment, as a practitioner, I will continue to research the areas you are wanting to work on, and with the combined knowledge of both Eastern and Western approaches, a plan for your next Kinesiology session will be created. In your first follow up session we can continue working on your initial ‘goal’, using the plan created from your initial session, or choose to work on something new. You are able to decide and guide your practitioner to what you feel you need assistance with as a priority.
If you're not sure what you want to work on, or what is priority, that's completely OK! Kinesiology is based on finding what is the priority, so we also will ask the body what it is ready to work on, and go from there! It’s important to understand that everybody is different, and some areas in life require more than one session to help you as the client work through to achieve balance.
Kinesiology is generally not a therapy that will require reoccurring frequent appointments, however this may be required to begin with depending on the individual.
Quarterly or bi-annually appointments are often recommended for individuals as a ‘check in’ on the body to help restore balance, however we also recommend making an appointment when you feel it is needed.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and arrive well hydrated.
